This sale presents the purchaser with an opportunity to acquire an elevated block of pasture land situated near the popular Dorset town of Beaminster, boasting spectacular views over the surrounding countryside.
We understand that the land extends to 176. 85 acres (71.57 hectares) or thereabouts and is classified as being of Grade III quality on the Agricultural Land Classifications Map.
The land is a designated Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) named ‘Rampisham Down’, site number: 1481517.
The land has former satellite transmission mast foundations and the remnants of associated apparatus has been left on site. Three telecommunications masts remain, and the freehold footprint upon which they stand are excluded from the sale, together with a 5 meter buffer area around these areas.
