The Bere Heath Estate lies in an accessible location within the Purbeck district of South Dorset in easy reach of Wareham, Dorchester, Blandford, Poole and Bournemouth. With the majority of the Estate straddling the Bere Stream Valley and the River Piddle Valley, the Estate stretches south from the A35 at Bere Regis towards Wareham and the highly sought after villages of Wool and Stokeford.
This is a popular part of South Dorset with good accessibility to the Jurassic Coast, boasting an array of attractive landscape features including popular tourist attractions; Lulworth Cove, Durdle Door and Corfe Castle.
Mainline rail access to London Waterloo is via Wool train station, approximately 1.5 miles from the Estate and the journey time takes approximately 2.5 hours. The closest airport is Bournemouth which is about 25 miles east from the Estate. Southampton Airport is approximately 50 miles east from the Estate.
