VIRTUAL VIEWING AVAILABLE Contact Us for a High-Quality 3D TOUR. Situated in an exclusive Private Road at the entrance to the Mount Park Estate, this highly desirable 5 double bedroom, 2 bathroom detached house stands behind a generous frontage with ample driveway parking and garaging. Offered for sale chain free, this is an opportunity to acquire a family home within an exclusive area and close to highly regarded schools.
Georgian Way is a gated cul-de-sac of similar homes at the summit of the Hill, with Orley Farm Preparatory School, Harrow School and John Lyon School for Boys nearby. An impressively spacious house of some 2,873 sq/ft (267 sq/m), it has a generously-proportioned lounge, conservatory and dining room which connect to create the ideal space for family gatherings and entertaining. Entered through a welcoming hallway, this naturally bright home also has a guest cloakroom, study/TV room and a fitted kitchen/breakfast room completing the ground floor accomodation.
The first floor features a superb air-conditioned double aspect master bedroom suite with dressing area and large en-suite bath/shower room, along with 4 further double bedrooms and the family bath/shower room. Another notable feature is the very large lower ground floor room which has independent external access and adjoins the spacious double garage. This could suit a variety of uses including a home office or consulting room, games room or teenagers den.
The house also benefits from conveniences such as gas-fired central heating, modern double glazing and a security alarm whilst outside is an easily maintained garden with paved terraced and lawn, from the top of which distant views to the West can be enjoyed.
Frequent Metropolitan/Chiltern Line Line (Harrow on the Hill) and Piccadilly Line (Sudbury Hill/South Harrow) services to London and easy access to the M40 make for an easy commute to Central London and Harrow on the Hill is a desirable area enjoying rare Conservation Area status. This protects the delightful High Street, open spaces, architectural heritage and atmosphere from unwanted development and the upmarket coffee bars and restaurants enhance the area as a lifestyle choice. Other day-to-day needs are well catered for by a nearby Waitrose supermarket and Harrow town centre.

Notes from the owner;
I love the location of the house, the space, lots of natural light, and good neighbours. The street only has 18 houses and is a cul-de-sac so very quiet and like a little oasis. Being in a Conservation Area, the Hill has a unique, more village feel than the surrounding areas and you can enjoy great views as you walk around the area and Harrow School. I dont think there is anywhere quite like the Hill in the suburbs of London - the fact you are into central London in 20 minutes or 13 on the Marylebone train and the Met Line is excellent so you arent waiting around. Living there felt like being part of an exclusive little club - and that is quite a privilege. We were very lucky and I think anyone who buys such a loved house that provided such a wonderful home would be very lucky.
