The centre benefits greatly from the heavy footfall with a lot of visitors combining a visit to the centre with a shopping trip or day out. Upon starting this business, we had the whole centre re-wired and updated with new fixtures and fittings to ensure we were offering an extremely high standard to our visitors. All equipment in the business is 2 years old or newer, as we consistently replace and renew the toys in the centre. All electricals are pat tested.

The centre consists of:
- 8 immersively themed rooms and areas

Our website has an events calendar which customers can check before travelling to us for daily opening hours and any closures for parties. This has proven to be an invaluable addition to the business. We limit the amount of customers in at any one time to enhance their visit. Often on a rainy day, weekends and school holidays we have found ourselves having to turn customers away when we are at our busiest. During the week Monday- Friday (off peak) we do not have any session times so customers can turn up at their preferred time and stay for up to 2.5 hours. At the weekends (peak) we have session times which lasts for 90 minutes with 30 minutes break between each one to allow us to clean and tidy the centre so that every customer gets to experience this unique centre at its best. We are always commended on the high quality and cleanliness of the centre by all our visitors.

We also have a cafe on site so that adults accompanying their children have a communal area to relax if they want to. This cafe has a 5* hygiene rating and serves hot and cold drinks and a variety of snacks. We recently introduced a new lunch menu consisting of toasties, paninis, children’s lunch boxes and much more which has proven extremely popular and increased our profits even further during our short time in operation.

The business has a strong group of followers on social media and we frequently promote the business on our various channels. We have a 4.9 star rating on Facebook with outstanding reviews all over the web. We also have local advertising agreements with the shopping centre and Love Camberley who promote and organise events that include our business.

The business recently won the Hoop Award 2019 for ‘Best Learning’ in Surrey and has also been a finalist in The Muddy Stilettos 2018 and Camberley Business Awards in 2018. In October 2019 we also won the 'Best Use of Social Media Award' at the Collectively Camberley Awards Evening. This is an awards evening for all independent businesses in Camberley.

In the last couple of months we have seen an increase in profit due to going timeless Monday to Friday (we used to have session times). Parents love being able to turn up when they like as its much more convenient for them. They can also stay for up to 2.5 hours so many combine playtime with lunch in our café.

A new owner has tons of potential for growth in the business and the possibilities for further revenue increasing efforts are endless. If we had been able to continue, we had considered the following:
