This was my first home. I bought it 18 years ago and rather than sell it on when I wanted to buy a bigger property I let it out and kept it. When I did buy it the building had been completely converted from its former use to the flats that they are now so there were in essence new build flats. More recently, I have updated the boiler within the last two years saving the new buyer time and money.
If the truth be told I will certainly be sad to see this property go but the time has come to move on to ventures new. The location is excellent, being so central you can walk to the town centre and the station in no time at all so for those who don't drive my home would certainly suit.
