“We bought this house from the developers in 2008 and have really loved living here but feel it is time to start a new chapter in our lives. During the past two years we have considerably enhanced the property by installing bespoke luxury bathrooms by a renowned Kent based company and recently re carpeted the entire building with top-of-the-range carpeting. We have also installed CCTV cameras around the perimeter of the house as well as a central alarm monitoring system for greater security. In addition we built the extension to mirror the style of the house using reclaimed bricks and old roof tiles and recently renewed the guttering and had the external beams treated so we feel the house is just ready for new owners to move straight into without having to worry about doing anything except enjoying living here.
