Being close to the sea has meant many happy trips down to the beach at Rottingdean and Ovingdean when the sun comes out, and walks to the excellent local primary school and nursery or Happy Valley Park with our young children have been easy and enjoyable. There are also some beautiful longer walks over the downs very close by. The open plan lounge and kitchen have provided the perfect family living area for our children with everyone together.
